Only one child on a trampoline at all times.
• Never let children, of any age, walk around with a toothbrush or any other object in
..their mouth.
• You are the boss. Brush those teeth and limit sweets.
• Always wear safety helmets for biking, skating, in-line skating, horseback riding,
..or any other at risk sports.
• Always wear mouth guards when needed for sports.
• Avoid acidic candy or foods like lemons.
• Always wear seatbelts.
• Stomach acids introduced into your mouth via regurgitation (Bulimia) are harmful to teeth.
